St. Michael settled into its current West Creek location in March of 2025. The building has served us well, but the property has been sold to a new owner who has other plans for it. We have negotiated a commitment that we can remain where we are until October 31; we are looking for a replacement.
Our new location would be a rental that will meet our basic requirements: a minimum of 2,000 square feet that is zoned for commercial use, four meeting rooms and at least one large room, and available for lease for a year or more beginning no later than October 1 (giving us time to move our office equipment and baby items and supplies to a new location). We would like to remain within a few miles north or south of Manahawkin.
